The health and safety of our students are our top priorities. To maintain a secure environment, our campus is completely fenced in, and between drop-off and pick-up times, the campus remains closed to unauthorized visitors. All guests must check in at the school office, where we use an electronic system to monitor who is on campus at all times.
To ensure preparedness for emergencies, students and faculty regularly participate in fire drills, earthquake drills, and active shooter drills. Additionally, any adult wishing to volunteer at our school, whether in the classroom, with home & school activities, or as a driver for field trips, must complete a volunteer process that includes a background check. We are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for your child.
Safety Online
As a Google connected campus, student safety extends to the online world. Our one-to-one Chromebook program fosters responsible digital citizenship. We utilize school wide website filters on all school devices to guide students towards appropriate content that supplements education instead of distracting from it. Our daytime no-cell phone policy also helps to minimize distractions. While complete prevention is impossible, these measures prioritize the educational benefits of technology, ensuring a positive and secure learning environment.

At our academy, we take student privacy seriously and prioritize safeguarding our students' personal information. To protect their privacy, we require parental permission before publishing any student's pictures on our website, social media, or promotional materials. This ensures that parents have full control over their child's image and its use. We are committed to respecting and protecting our students' privacy while celebrating their achievements and activities in a secure manner.
