FACTS Family Portal

A private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You may view your child’s grades, attendance, homework, and pay tuition as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary.

Family Portal lets you access:

  • Student attendance and daily grades
  • Progress reports, report cards, and transcripts
  • Lesson plans and homework
  • School events and lunch calendar
  • Financial Information

How to Create a Family Portal Account

Prospective Families

To successfully complete this process, you must have submitted your application and have been accepted. Once those two items are taken care of, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the "graduation cap" icon in the upper right corner of this website, or the link below
  2. Type the District Code RL-CA, if it is not already entered
  3. Click “Create New Family Portal Account”
  4. Type your email address and click Create Account* 
  5. From the email, click the link to create your Family Portal login
  6. A web browser displays your Name and FACTS SIS Person ID
  7. Type a Username, Password, and Confirm the password
  8. Change/Create Password
  9. Click Save Username and/or Password**

*An email will be sent which includes a link to create your login. The link is active for 6-hours.

**You'll know you've succeeded when "Username/Password successfully updated" appears at the top of the browser.

Current Families

Current families who already have students attending RAA can follow the steps below if they would like to set-up an additional Family Portal:

  1. Click on the "graduation cap" icon in the upper right corner of this website or the link below
  2. Type the District Code RL-CA, if it is not already entered
  3. Click “Create New Family Portal Account”
  4. Type your email address and click Create Account* 
  5. From the email, click the link to create your Family Portal login
