You, along with your student(s), and other family members are welcome to join us for the tour of our campus.

Bring yourself and any questions you may have. If you have specific questions regarding classes for your high school student, please bring a copy of your student's transcripts so we can set up a meeting with the registrar. If you have questions about accommodations for your student with an IEP or 504, please bring a copy of their original and most recent IEP or 504. We are happy to look into what is possible and determine if we are able to provide the accommodations your student needs.

The Redlands Adventist Academy parking lot has three entrances. Please enter through the middle driveway, turn right  and park in any available visitor spots, including in front of the office, if available. Visitor parking spots are located right before the final driveway.

If you have questions for the Registrar or the Business Office regarding classes, tuition or financial aid, please let us know, and we will make arrangements for you to meet with them either in person or by phone.

Individual Tours

None of our events work well for your schedule? No problem. We can schedule an individual tour for you on a date and time that works best for you. Individual tours usually take between 30–45 minutes as we do our best to answer all of your questions and give you a good feel for our campus. If there is anything specific you would like to see or hear about, just let us know. Students are welcome to join us for the tour.

STEAM into Middle School

For students going into grades 6-8

Friday, March 13 from 8:00am-12:30pm

Give your student (entering grades 6-8) a unique and valuable introduction to the RAA Middle School experience!

Our STEAM into Middle School program is designed to help new and returning students transition smoothly from elementary to middle school by building community, confidence and connections before day one.

Your Student Will:

  • Experience Campus Life: You child will get a hands-on preview of the engaging learning environment at RAA.
  • Built-in Mentorship: Students are placed in diverse teams, mixing current students (in grades 5-7) with new peers. This structure fosters early friendships and collaborations, providing immediate peer connection and support across grades.
  • Developing Problem-Solving Skills: Teams will be collaborating on a STEAM challenge (e.g. - building rockets or engineering structures). They rotate through connected learning stations focused on skills like data tracking on Google Sheets, understanding historical context, and applying design thinking.
  • Meet the Faculty: This is also a fantastic opportunity for your student to interact with our dedicated Middle School team in a low-stakes, fun and educational environment.

Academy + Beyond Day

High School (9th - 12th Grade)

Friday, March 13 from 8:00am-12:30pm

Academy + Beyond is an immersive, half-day experience designed to help students bridge the gap between "classroom learner" and “future leader,” while also giving them a glimpse into the student experience here at RAA. Whether your student is a rising 8th grader, a prospective transfer, or a current high schooler, this event is their chance to discover where they belong. We combine academic excellence with real-world application to ensure every student feels equipped for the journey ahead.

The Day

  • The Professional & Life Skills Block: Students learn directly from outside professionals in sessions tailored to their interests. From career insights to essential life skills, these rotations offer a practical head start on adulthood.
  • "Try-It" Labs: A hands-on look at what makes the RAA experience special. Students rotate through various facets of campus life, from exploring our academic rigor in teacher-led labs to experiencing our vibrant, student-led campus culture.
  • The Challenge: Work with a team to tackle a real-world problem. You’ll brainstorm a concept and "pitch" your solution to the crowd for a chance to win in our high-energy presentation finale.
  • Mini Chapel & Connection: Start the day with student-led worship and icebreaker games designed to make your student feel like they belong from the moment they check-in.
  • The Finale & Lunch: The day wraps up with a Picnic Lunch on the Quad. You’ll eat, mingle, and join the high-energy crowd cheering on the younger students in their STEAM into Middle School finale.

Come for the curiosity, stay for the community, and equip your student with the academic confidence they need to thrive.

Shadow Day

Partial Day

Available for 5th - 12th Grade

Full Day

Available for 7th - 12th Grade

You're familiar with the campus, or you've already taken a tour, but you want to give your student a chance to experience campus life firsthand? We can set up a Shadow Day when your student will be partnered with a current RAA student for a partial or full day of school. To set up a time, please email admissions@redlandsacademy.org and include 3 dates that work well for you. Setting up the perfect shadow day may take a bit of time as we check schedules to ensure that your student experiences campus life as fully as possible. Because your student will be with us for an extended period of time, we do have some paperwork that will need to be completed prior to your student's arrival on campus. Once a date and time are determined, we can either send you the required paperwork via email or you can complete it in the office when you arrive for your student's Shadow Day.
