NO transportation is being provided by RAA. It is the responsibility of the family to get their child to and from this event.

Parking: Some street parking is potentially available. Parking does cost until 7 PM so if you park on the street make sure you pay through 7 PM. Parking is free after 7. Make sure you are in a spot that allows you to park for the entire event. If you are in 2 hour limit you may be ticketed or towed. There is a parking structure behind the Mission Inn where you can pay to park as well. And if you are feeling really bougie there is always valet parking. It is suggested you arrive a little early to allow for time to find parking.

Room Location: Enter the main lobby of the Mission Inn. To the right of the main check in desk is a doorway with steps that lead down a short flight of stairs. One you enter that doorway you will see our table set up in the lobby below. Check in and pick up your name tag. Your table number will be on the tag. Numbers will be displayed on the tables and there will be people available to help you find your table if needed.

This is a private event and only those students and guests on the list will be allowed entry.

The event ends at 9 PM and we ask that students be picked up promptly. No child likes to be the last one sitting around waiting for their ride with the faculty so we thank you for picking them up on time.
