One of our top priorities is student safety, so we have a comprehensive volunteer clearance policy to ensure our students' safety. This policy is developed by the Southeastern California Conference (SECC) Office of Education and is based on California state law and the Pacific Union Education Code by which we abide.
There are a few different categories of volunteers with steps required to be cleared for each category. You will fall into one of these categories and need to follow the steps in that category only. If you are planning to volunteer, the sooner you can start this process the better as some steps take longer than others.
